Personal information is data which when used by itself or with other data sources can directly identify an individual.
As part of the repair process, we may capture and store Personal information from our customers. This data is managed and handled in accordance with our privacy policies and the NZ Privacy Act.
We are committed, in accordance with our company purpose and values, to maintaining and improving information security.
Our goal is to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data and the systems that process it while also minimising exposure to security risks within the company.
When there is no longer a business purpose to retain data, we scrub this data in accordance with our data retention and privacy obligations.  

This includes;

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Vehicle VIN

  • Insurance Claim Number

  • Owners name
